This is ridiculous he hasn't been charged with anything. He has had his license suspended five times in the last year and incredibly amassed 27 points in 9 months on his driver's license. Just another ghetto star from the NBA, I guess. Weed smoking, hennessey drinkin', too cool for school pro basketball league. My opinion is he is banned from the league and sentenced to at least 10 years in jail.

I think it's enough punishment to have to live with knowing that you are responsible for the death of your friend

dude I don't know If you watch sport center but if you did you missed what they said he was charged with running the stop sign, but they haven't found any thing else to charge him with

You sound kind of racist by saying that just because he is black and from the ghetto he must have been smoking weed or drinking and driving

I don't think he tried to kill is friend
yes it was bad that he wasn't wearing a seat bell

I don't think he will be banned from the NBA
maybe a little jail time

I don't know about jail time or banned from the NBA, but he sure as hell should not be driving anytime soon, the guy is a menace.

I would say life for killing a person while committing a crime (which would make it first degree murder under special circumstances).
