I think my computer's default font changed. It looks funny like the font that looks like an ink blot pen. What is the normal font called and how do I change it back?

Tahoma has prevailed on most of the new computers I've encountered.

Which version of Windows?
Which application?
Is the question you are really trying to ask "How do I change my default font in Windows XP?".

Check the themes and appearance tabs in "display properties". You can easily change them there. <-- Right Click and empty spot on your desktop, then click on "properties". Then do as I said above.

Depends on what theme you are using.

Right click on your desktop, select propeties and go to themes. Each theme modifies the look of your windows and the fonts too.

You can also set your fonts in the advanced portion.
