some of my pokemon that dont have the "pkrs" thing have a smiley face under their summary picture...do they have to have a high friendship to get rid of pokerus??

Pokerus or pkrs is a very good thing to have. It doubles the EV you gain and helps your pokemon get stronger.
No one in their right mind would like to get rid of it since it is so beneficial. If you want to get rid of it, just keep your pokemon in your party and it be gone in 1-3 days. To keep pkrs, just put one that has it on your box and it will stay like that forever.
The smiley face means that they have been cured.

pkrs is a good thing it makes ur pokemon stronger as they grow but if u really want to get rid or it keep healing them at a pokemon center

don't get rid of pkrs, it increases EV training!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the smiley face means they are cured, but you are a lot more likely to find a shiny than to get pokerus. DON'T GET RID OF IT!!!!

Dude, dont get rid of it its a good thing, it makes your people stronger, but if you want to get rid of it leave the pokemon in the box (pc) for awhile.
