I gave my sister a kidney, does that count as "best"?

Talked to someone who was suicidal and kept them on the phone while i got my colleague to get the police and an ambulance round to his house.
He sent me flowers and a lovely letter a few months after, saying he was so much better and thanking me for doing it.
i was working in a motor insurance call centre at the time, not something we get every day!

Well, I carried and cared for my five children inside of my body for nine months, spent hours and hours in labor (three with no epidural) and then loved and cared for them and each and every one of their needs until they reach 19 yrs of age.
Funny thing is...it's the best thing that God ever did for me!!!

tried to save my sisters life but failed... so i guess i was planning on it being the best thing i ever did for someone and ended up being the worst in my opinion... i tried the best i could

during my senior prom...the group of people i was with went to an elderly folks home (where a couple of them worked) so we could visit some of the people there...when we got there...people were waiting outside anticipating meeting us...went inside and there were even more people waiting inside...it was the best feeling...not to many people who live there have family that come and visit them...so to go there so they could see us dressed up for prom was so rewarding for us...to see them smile made the night so much better...

I blew his candles out on his birthday cake.Before they set fire to the curtains .I once ate my friends choc bars .I did him a favour cause he was 30 stone and trying to slim .Mind you 10 bars take some eating I once hid all my mates wifes underwear to stop him wearing them.And she looked well without her underwear on I have done loads of favours like this too many to mention

Just 4 weeks ago,I held my youngest daughter's hand,wiped her brow,breathed with her,laughed and cried with her as she gave birth to my beautiful first grandchild.A lovely baby girl.
Amazing!

Prevent them from committing suicide. I called my best friend out of the blue, and unbeknownst to me, they were going to commit suicide that night. I talked to her through the night, and to this day we are still best friends. True story.
