This is kind of a silly question. "Best" for what? For research? For geriatrics? For family medicine or general practice? For tropical medicine?
There are no bad medical schools in the USA. If it is accredited then it is a good school. No bad students are admitted. No bad faculty are allowed. All the schools have good equipment and facilities.
The most famous schools, such as Harvard, Yale, Duke, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, Pritzker at UChicago, Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, UWashington, etc. are so well known that they have huge numbers of applicants and extremely low admit rates. They have graduated generations of good physicians, but the younger schools are producing very good doctors as well. No matter which school you graduate from, you will still be called "Doctor".
Worry about getting in, not about which one is "best."
