If I can I stay away from them altogether...if I have to be around them I try my best to ignore them...if that's not possible I tell them up front what I think...they don't like it...tough

I don't unless absolutely necessary. I don't allow people like that around me to bring me down. If at all possible, I ignore their silliness. No one is worth your peace of mind :)

I toss some Naka-oil on the situation. If that doesn't work we have ways of elimination.....Muahhh.
