I was baffled when i read this one. So it said that people who drink alcohol just to relax a little like one glass every two days etc. will be more healthier when they grow older compared to ones that don't.

Yes I believe this and have heard this for so many years. It's the hypocritical bible thumpers that says that drinking is a sin and it is written in the bible that you shouldn't drink are screwing up this country when it comes to those regards. Sorry to bust their bubble, but JESUS change water into wine (not grape juice) and he also partook in the wine (which meant he drank it). JESUS also did NOT get smashed and s**tfaced and made a fool of himself.
