lol i try, but for people in cars i tend to direct them down blocked off roads without realising, I'm used to walking u see

Yes I always do when they are driving directions. However when I worked at the mall and when people would ask me to get to a store I would give them the wrong directions b/c there was a mall directory right outside my store.

I give what I believe are the right directions, but sometimes I get confused and don't know my left from my right.

No, but only because I get a mental block. I can never admit that I don't know, so I start talking and then can't stop. Knowing that there isn't a chance that they will ever get where they're going.
