On sunday morning after me and my boyfriend had sex, I went to work then I went to the restroom to find that I had some brown discharge on my panties. I had my nuva ring in at the time and then last night at around 9 I noticed there was some more brown discharge, then my stomach started cramping up, so I assumed I had started my period, then when I got back from work I took the tampon out and there wasn't much blood. This afternoon when I took the tampon out, still assuming that I'm on my period, the blood was dark, but it wasn't as much as it should be. So what do you think this can be?

Just to be safe, you might ought to visit the dr for a preg test. Sounds like pregnancy spotting.

It sounds like your period, but it could be somthing more serious. i sugest you go to the doctor and get it checked out.
