How come I will answer someone's question, but then when I go to check up on my answer later in My Profile to see if I got any thumbs ups, my answer (nor is the question) is not listed in "My Answers"? What gives?

I think the system is not working properly, they should show up eventually. Yahoo seems to be saying that the program is swamped and unable to handle the flood, and that is one reason for all the many suspensions of users.

I had that problem, and I had checked it and it was there, and then the next day it wasn't but the question still was. And no, it wasn't a "bad" answer, because it was a math problem.
