ncowifeusaf5.. what I mean by first choice is, at the time when you first met if it was in a pub etc, was you attracted to him first or his friend or a.n depending on where and how you met your love.... phew!

I am actually married with what started out as my second choice and hoping to God he does not lean over and see this.
However now he is my first and only choice and I would never want to be with anyone else.

Yes, me. I was the first person I ever fell in love with and I've been faithful all those years. There have been half hearted dalliances, imaginings more honestly, but I've always come back to me.
It's never been easy but as time passes there's a kind of loving tolerance. I know that if I had more sense at the beginning I could have done so much better, but there you are.

I fell in love several times. The guy was always the first to leave me. Now I have been married for 7 years. But yes, he is the first and the only man in my life.

what do you mean by choice? I have had other men in my life before my now husband but I didn't choose, the others where before him that's all .he was the 1st one I ever wanted to marry and we did 16yrs ago..you make it sound like a bunch of men lined up ennie mennie minnie moe......well in that case yes he was Love at first sight......thanks for explaining

Lets see... I've been married once before. So, no my husband wasn't my first choice. But he's the best choice I've made. I've learned from my mistakes.

Yes, he was. I remember when I first met him. I was like this is the guy. We're still together and planning to marry after he gets ready to go to med school.

Good God no!!! Well - my 1st choice was actor Jack Wild ( R.I.P). But apart from that my 'real' 1st choice turned out to be a complete waste of space!! Saw him off! And good riddance!!
