Yes! Bananas are rich in potassium and we don't want too much of that, so a variety of fruits is best for our bodies, and frankly, more interesting than 5 bananas a day.

banannas aren't the only fruit.. but they are good in the morning to get your blood sugar levels up, good source of pottasium and you can roast the skins scrape of the insides into tobacco, role it and get high (apparently) but seriously a mixture of fruits is probably better because different fruits have different beneficial qualities many of which are essential for a healthy varied diet

Banana's are great - I eat at least 1 a day. But you really need some variety, too. Oranges, Grapes, Berries and Melons are super-nutritious and taste great, too.

Amazingly, Banana has got most of the vitamins and minerals that u may not necessarily need any other for supplement.

I know what you mean........ Ive told myself many hundreds of times I could live on bananas, but theyre high in potassium and this messes with your sodium / potassium levels which may not be good for you.
