Whenever I have spyware/worms/trojans etc I can't get rid of I go to www.geekstogo.com. It's a FREE service where you get help from REAL people. To use it, first do the steps listed here:

I have used this myself when other antivirus and removal software wouldn't get the job done. I think if you're problem isn't solved with them, it won't get solved.

There are several good Free Anti-spyware/adware tool for you:
spybot search and destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org
AVG anti-spyware: http://www.grisoft.com
Top 5 anti-spywares: http://www.remove-spywares.info
You can download and scan your computer for free.
P.S.:Make sure you have 1 or 2 antispyware on your computer and 1 antivirus and also 1 firewall.

Google offers a nice, free pack of software that includes both an antivirus and an antispyware scanner. I had good luck cleaning up my computer and bringing it back to life using these tools. Plus, you can trust it since it comes from Google and not some no-name software company.

install and run all of these. By the time you are finished, your machine should be clean of any problems and running nicely. Also, replace the Internet Explorer with Firefox or Opera, and replace Outlook with Thunderbird to prevent re-infection.

Download and run Ad-Aware SE, If you think it might be a trojan horse, use A squared. You can find both at Downloads.com.

ad adware and spybot are both free and both work good
also might try a registry cleaner
