He recently signed a rediculously huge contract with an American team. He is in just about every "greatest goals ever scored" video on YouTube, including my personal favorite when he blasted it from midfield and it went over the keepers head. His wife made a public comment a few years back which was probably the worst celebrity outtake in history. She said, "I've never read a book in my life." So yes, I have heard of him and think he's a great player, but his wife is a complete flake.

The Truth! Definitely for the money. No doubt he is one of the best. But these days he is more a celebrity than a soccer player!

yes i follow "soccer". wasn't it a big deal when he traded to real madrid? so you guys are probably not too happy he's in the states now. i don't think too many people here really care. shame on them.
