Seriously - Try listening to Dave Matthews & 311. Really listen to the words. Works for me everyday of my life.
That and find good people to be around, positive people.
You can be positive if you really want to. Everything is a choice.

stop listening to that negative voice in your head and start listening to the positive. Start talking to yourself in a positive note. If someone talks down to you, walk away from it and give yourself positive reinforcements. It will eventually start to take over the negativity that you feel. Just keep doing it. See the glass as half full.

Set some definate goals...then get busy to reach them...
honest hard work..make it as enjoyable as possible so
you will stick to it..before long everything positive will start falling in place for you...maybe a set back or two...these are
strength builders...thrive on them and keep going! Good Luck!

hiya, well i dont want to bore you with my story, but i was bored with life and i think i may of slightly started to go into depression. i would start to look at traffic going along the moterway for example and think why do people race here race there and for what...just to all die at the end of it....i used to think deeply and hated alot about my life even though i was luckier than most.......i think what changed me was taking up something i totally had a passion for...stuck with it and now i cant get enough of it and now every thing around me seems like living for i enjoy alwatching people racing here and there cause i now think oh they are living there life.....i may sound like a nutter but i am truely not............i hope it sort of makes sence........if there is something in your life you want to do..... dont put barriers in the way just make time and do these things or thing and trust me it helps........

dont think about what u cant do make a list of all the things u can do also try a do something u enjoy however small every day and take each day at a time

try to do summat new and different
exercise and have fun
think of things that make you feel positive and try and recreate that
or
just wallow in the pit of misery and pain that is this pointless wasteful existence

Instead of dwelling on bad things that happen always realize that it could have been worse and that you are luckier than other people and to be thankful for it. That is what I do, it always keeps me in check.
