I just came here to say WOO HOO level 5 now you have unlimited !! lol
0h wait...now to answer the question...umm..I should know I have a lot of those days...I tend to be alone with my thoughts so I can think things through..(which usually helps)..& then i workout to relieve the stress, & then I tend to write down the litle things that bug me cuz it helps to get them out somewhere....
try that & see if it helps a little

What i do if i feel something bad/negative hanging around that i cant explain is ...I close my eyes and decide that i am stronger more powerful than anything that wants to harm me or my children in any way...I visualise this and actually feel myself growning taller and more powerful....then i see in my minds eye a force field that i am making, pushing anything harmful out into the universe where it slowly vanishes so that it cant come back and hurt anyone else. It may sound nuts but it works for me. And remember..we manifest what we believe :-)

Change your state of mind, Meditate, and focus on your breathing. Try not to focus on any part of feeling any negative energy. Change your enviroment.

medicinally? Light a cob of sage, let it smolder by blowing on it. Rub the smoke all over your body while swishing it away at the same time. Say what you want the negative energy to do. i.e., "go away", "leave me to be in peace" etc.........
