Pharmacy schools don't normally make you write a dissertation. This isn't a PhD program.

Here's the normal path:

2-4 yrs of undergrad work
4 yrs of pharmacy school

Pharmacy programs are usually six years long if you go full time.But pharmacists make bank, and if you get a job at a major pharm, they might help cover some of the costs.

Depends on whether you go to school full-time or part-time and how long it takes you to write a dissertation.
