I have not seen this person, but only spoken to him as he is in our overseas office. I am a very simple gurl not at all the hot babe kinds. Of course, I told him no, but was just curious why me,because this is the second time that someone so senior to me has asked me (other one was not from office but an aquaintance). Please do not give whacky answers... I want to know this to know and correct if there is something wrong that I am doing..... thanks!

You're asking the wrong question.
The right question is "what kind of guy proposes to a girl 15 years her junior?"
You likely attract those types of guys, though as for WHY you do, that's not something that can be determined by a stranger over the Internet--you'd need professional evaluation for that to be revealed.

I have known lots of girls who are attracted to older men and men who are attracted to younger women. If you look at Hollywood, it happens all the time, but it happens in the real world too.
Younger women make a man feel younger. Doctors have shown that men who date or marry younger women live longer. Younger women are more fun and have more energy.

It must be some sort of "Lolita" complex. Lolita was a literary character that an older man was attracted to, not because she was an early bloomer physically, but mentally.

I have the same issue. Older men are always interested in me and I don't know why. One man was in his 50's and i'm in my 20's. I guess men just prefer them young...
