I am 26 years old. I have three very beautiful kids. I just had my last one a year ago. I still have some baby fat. I haven't worked out in literally years. I tried doing sit ups to get rid of my belly but I thought I was gonna die. Is there any other way to get rid of my little pouch so I can wear the cute little shirts that show off my belly. Also I'm not just huge I'm about 5'3 125 pds. I just have a little pouch. Please help!

Let me rephrase this I know that I'm 26 I am not trying to be a teen. Those days are long gone. I was talking about wearing tanks, halters, cute little shirts not necessarily showing off my belly. I want a flat stomach so you can't see the pouch. I don't care what shirt I have on if its a fitted shirt or not you can still see the pouch and that's what I want to get rid of. It's not to be a teen again.

i should be so lucky! girl, you have nothing to worry about. yeah, situps suck, were you doing full on situps or crunches? crunches are way easier and actually better for you. also try reverse crunches, that is, you lie on your back and bend your knees together and you lift your LEGS towards you, instead of lifting your stomach.

i bet you look fine! pouch and all! wear those shirts!

try walking or swimming or starting out with just a couple of sit ups a day and work yourself up to more. Usually to get rid of a belly you have to find some kind of exercise that targets the stomach.

start walking perhaps when you get a sitter or if yr hubby will babysit for 30 min a day.
Dont worry about the "cute little shirts" they are going out of style and are considered trashy now and you are getting less of a teenager and need to look more classy and cute than trashy with three kids You can consider it an upgrade.A 23 yr old still looks as trashy in one BTW

You should look into Pilates. It's a great way of toning your body. You just need to do it regularly and maybe keep an eye on your diet. (not like starving yourself, but just be aware of what you eat) One of my friends had a similar problem after her second child so she went running and did Pilates 2 or 3 times a week at her gym for a couple of months and she is very satisfied with the result. You should try it! :)

congrats on your 3 children i also have 3 and my youngest is 18 months old i still have that pouch lol just eat right walking is very good and keep up with thoses sit ups thats the only way really to tighten it up egnore the other comments there jealous your still young good luck

1. Sit on floor stretching yr legs in front , try to touch yr toes. It may be difficult in the beginning. Don't exert. Continue it daily , after a few days u will b able to touch yr toes. Remember to keep yr knees straight.
2. Sit on the chair. Keep yor legs straight. Try to raise your legs off the ground. Keep them in air and lift-lower-lift 10 times. Keep the knees straight.

IF U HAVE 3 KIDS U SHOULDNT BE WEARING SKINNY TOPS THAT SHOW UR BELLY. UNLESS UR LIKE 23 WITH 3 KIDS.
