You didn't read the Las Vegas terms of service did you? It says that it is one's own responsibility to ensure that what happens there stays there and the city is in no way responsible.

Sure, but city governments will probably throw it out of court. You can try though. Even if you lose, you could start a trend of others who's whereabouts were not left in Vegas.
