No. Al Sharpton is a harm to the black community. I, being a white individual interior the south, have seen this firsthand. Al Sharpton is the equivalent of the boy who cried wolf. He claims that each and every thing is discrimination against black people, even in circumstances the place it needless to say isn’t. as a result, whilst a black individual has a valid declare of discrimination and that they grow to be linked with Mr. Sharpton, many white people straight away turn their backs and brush aside the guy’s allegations. Al Sharpton is an fool.

No he is not helping the black community but keeping them held down into a victim's mentality.

Its because alot of things ARE racial issues. There are many different lenses to look at the world through, and race is certainly an important one. I think he is helping the black community by bringing these issues to the forefront, so that we can discuss them openly and not hide from them like we did 50 years ago.

What makes you think he has ever been for the Black community? Sharpton is now and has always been totally about himself.

No. He is keeping the black community poor and intolerant, while getting his money by helping rich, white women like Paris Hilton avoid the justice she deserves.

He is in LA today talking with Sherriff Lee Baca (who is up for reelection next year!!!!) discussing how they can get Paris Hilton's prison sentence shortened so celebrities like her and Sharpton can continue to receive the criminal justice only their money can buy.
