If you get a pokemon from the GTS in pokemon pearl, is it cheating?

No, the GTS system is not cheating. It's part of the game where you can put up a pokemon and ask what would like in return or you can search for one (I don't reccomend this) Its really a great feature to use, but you can get a Pokemon from either a US or Japanese user.

There are plenty,prefer a mythical like giratina within the turnback cave.A dragon kind like gible which ultimately evolves into garchomp,you'll get it in Wayward cave I believe,within the basement.Choose a pokemon with well stats and that may study many actions.Try a bronzong for well safety and garchomp for well assault.

its not cheating, you are offering one of your pokemon for one that you have seen or been unable to catch.
