Why would you want to waste your time on a guy like this? Sure you love him, but is he worth loving? As they say, there are other fish in the sea. I'm not saying that you should dump him because only you can make that decision. However, you are hurting now and probably not thinking clearly. Revenge? Then what? As you say, he still wants her. Sounds to me that he's not worth your time at all. If he is with you and he still wants to be with other girls, he's not content. And if you love him, you wouldn't want revenge because you would not want him to be hurt.
I suggest, analyze your feelings. What does he do to make you happy? What does he do to hurt you? Does he make you cry intentionally? Where do you see your relationship with him a year from now? Will he act the same way and treat you the same way? If he doesn't treat you well, and your question sounds like it, he's not worth keeping.
Love yourself first before you love anybody else. This way, you can give more, fully. Make a decision to make you happy. And if you do decide to let go of him, there are other man out there who will respect, appreciate, and love you without wanting to be with somebody else. It will hurt at first, but time will heal the pain.
And keep in mind, revenge is not the answer to everything. It will probably make you feel happy for a while that you got him too, but it will leave you empty. Just make a decision whether you want a relationship with someone who is not content to be with you, or just find someone who will be. It's not always important how much you love someone; but it's always important if that someone loves you back. You can love someone with all your heart, if he doesn't reciprocate, what feelings would you feel? If you love someone, even just a little, and you know that the love you give him is being appreciated and reciprocated, you will be happier. You need to be happy. He doesn't seem to be that someone who will make you. Good luck.

Revenge never solved anything. The best thing for you to do is get over your boyfriend and leave your best friend alone.
Life is too short to sit and devise plans to hurt other people. You have to think smarter and be the better person in situations like this.

After what you just said he did I am SHOCKED that you still love him. Honestly, how on earth can you still feel for a guy like that? As for revenge, either you just forget the whole thing or if you really wanna get revenge, HUMILIATE him! Make him regret what he did to you.

Revenge won't make your life better. If he wants to have with someone and he's dating you - he's out. Dump him and don't turn back.

Dump the jerk. He's in it for sex only. If he loved you and respected you this issue would never arise. Good riddance. Let him crawl among vermin of his ilk.
