They were primitive and did not have God on their side.

Their Allah was just no match.

Just to make things clear, there has never been any Palestinian state, neither any Palestinian archaeological find nor coinage. The present-day "Palestinians" are an Arab people, with Arab culture, Arabic language and Arab history. They have their own Arab states from where they came into the Land of Israel about one century ago to benefit from the Jewish immigration.

That is the historical truth.

They were Jordanians (another recent British invention, as there has never been any people known as "Jordanians"), and after the Six-Day War in which Israel utterly defeated the coalition of nine Arab states and took legitimate possession of Judea and Samaria, the Arab dwellers in those regions underwent a kind of anthropological miracle and discovered that they were Palestinians - something they did not know the day before.

They attempted again to destroy Israel in 1967, and were humiliated in only six days, in which they lost the lands that they had usurped in 1948. In those 19 years of Arab occupation of Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the Gaza Strip, neither Jordan nor Egypt suggested to create a "Palestinian" state, since the still non-existing Palestinians would have never claimed their alleged right to have their own state... Paradoxically, during the British Mandate, it was not any Arab group but the Jews that were known as "Palestinians"!

It is a truism that those with the greatest motivation often are the most successful. In the 6 day war, Israel believed it was fighting an existential battle for survival whereas the Arab nations were fighting a war of conquest and ideology.

This formula also helps explain why Japan and Germany were so tremendously successful in World War Two against overwhelming odds; it also explains why it was necessary to use overwhelming force to defeat them. Overwhelming force of that kind was not possessed by the Arabs in the 6 day war.

Some one recommended they all move away from the frontline so the amies could deal to the Israelis, apparently the armies werent too flash at doing their job, so they lost the real estate to Israel...... plus Isreal offered many Arabs a chance to become Israeli citizens with rights and freedoms they didnt have before and a lot of them took it up.
Palestine
The area was occupied 1000yrs ago by many different tribes and cultures with different languages and religions. The Jews originated in Ur in Iraq (where Abraham came from). They were enslaved and taken to Egypt. They escaped and under their leader Moses gradually occupied the area now known as Israel by slaughtering many of its various inhabitants, including the Philistines/Palestinians, who always remained however. The Romans occupied the area then got sick of the rebellious Jews and torched the main temple in 70AD and drove the Jews out. They wandered the earth and then after WW 2 returned to Israel which the Palestinians had basically occupied continuously (though sparsely), took a lot of Palestinian land and drove the Palestinians into two tiny territories called the west bank and Gaza.
Israel was created by the UN in 1948. Immediately after it's creation, the surrounding Arab nations invaded. The current Arab populace was asked by the Arab leaders to leave the country, so that they could drive the Israeli's out. (This was even posted in the Arab newspapers of the time). Then, they would return and resettle the conquered Israeli property, in addition to their own. Israel was only expected to hold out for two days. The Israel government issued a proclamation, also documented, that any Arab citizens that chose to stay and did not join the opposing forces, they and their possessions would be untouched, as well as receiving full citizenship. When it became evident that the Israeli's were not going to be destroyed that easily, many of the Arab forces fled the country. The surrounding Arab countries sealed their borders to the influx of refugees. The Arabs that stayed received full citizenship. There are Israeli-Arab Mks in the Israeli Knesset. Once the war was over, the now Palestinian refugees were scattered throughout the Middle East. Most of the refugees did not, and do not reside in Israel ( according to the UN). Most reside in Lebanon, Jordan, Syria and Kuwait, though the Palestinina refugees in Kuwait were expelled during the Gulf War, because they supported the invading forces of Saadam Hussein. Most Palestinians reside in Gaza or the West Bank. Though currently lead by Hamas, Fatah is their main rival, and there has been much bloodshed between the two in the past few months. Palestinian extremists (not all Palestinians) call for the destruction of Israel. Palestinians believe in The Right of Return - the right to reclaim their lands. While Israel has returned large tracts of land, and is responsible for much of the Palestinian infrastructure, they are very adamant about the survival of their country. The Intifada of 1987 and 2000 were to particularly violent Palestinian uprisings. Currently, Israel is celebrating the 40th anniversary of the unification of the city of Jerusalem. Many residents of Sderot, a city that borders the returned lands, has been demanding that the IDF re-enter Gaza to stop the ceaseless rocket attacks. Hope this helps. Injustices have been committed by both sides in this conflict, though hopefully things will one day be resolved.

It's true that arabs had more soldiers .
But Israel had more aircraft and more vehicles and superior weapons ! That's typical because America was there to support Israel with everything , litterally EVERYTHING !
In other words , Arabs were technically fighting the USA .
Israelis were only there to push the buttons and pull the triggers .

Israel's first and most important move was a pre-emptive attack on the Egyptian Air Force. It was by far the largest and the most modern of all the Arab air forces, consisting of about 450 combat aircraft, all of them Soviet-built and relatively new.

The political importance of the 1967 War was immense; Israel demonstrated that it was not only able, but also willing to initiate strategic strikes that could change the regional balance. Egypt and Syria learned tactical lessons, but perhaps not the strategic ones

The results of the war affect the geopolitics of the region to this day.

Your information is extremely inaccurate. There were three Arab states, not five, and they were abruptly attacked by a very heavily armed Israeli. Eygpt had an airforce, which Israeli jets smashed on the ground, followed by the destruction by air of Egypt's tanks which were being used in a futile attempt to defend the Sinai Peninsula. It was unprovoked aggression on the part of israel, backed by the U.S. Jordon had next to no army, and the Syrian Air Force consisted of 15 aircraft, nothing more. Under President Johnson there had been a massive military buildup in Israel. It actually only took about 48 hours for the massive Israeli air force to smash all opposition, after which Israel annexed the Sinai, ripped off the West Bank from Jordon and carved off the Golan Heights from Syria. It was like Hitler in 1938-39:first Austria, then Czechoslovakia, finally Poland. But p.r. and U.S. support actually cast Israel is the role of David in a David/Goliath scenario. The truth is quite the opposite.

Believe it or not, the Arab countries did not start that war, and the Israeli's pulled one of those pre-emptive strikes, and destroyed over 400 planes of these other countries while still on the ground. Like the Japs at Pearl Harbor, these other nations didn't even know they were supposed to be at war until attacked by Israel. Don't forget, Israel had the latest versions in aircraft from France, and most of the Arab nations were still using propeller driven planes, so it was no big deal for Israel to destroy them.
If you look at statistics, Israel was the only country in the middle east to have a standing army, while these other nations were only in a" standby, in case of attack mode".

Looks like you took the all-important factor out of the equation: God.

And don't give me any bs about america.
They weren't even there in the 6 day war.
And don't tell me the arab states have a lack of funding either.

One thing that struck me at the time, in the pages of "Life" magazine, I believe, was a photo of a vast pile of shoes. The Arab soldiers apparently removed their shoes prior to running off the battlefield.

So although they had numerical superiority, they lacked some intangible quality essential for success.

The Arabs took too long to mobilize which gave Israel the "jump" (so to speak) on them which allowed the Israeli Air Force to destroy those ground before they could be effective in the battle and air forces before they could get off the ground.
