i was going to say final fantasy lol they really are the greatest games ever made!
kingdom hearts 1 & 2 ( i have one)
dark cloud 1 & 2 ( i also have one with this one too)
star ocean
phantom brave
i think you level up in lord of the rings i cant remember
there loads more too but i cant think on any righ now lol
for nintendo DS i have just got puzzle quest, that is a really good game

Most RPG games have the level up with expereince system, this can apply to other series as well, but then there are some games with really bizzare yet effective level up systems like final fantasy II.

The list could go on and on because almost every RPG involves leveling up. But I can recomend a good one called Star Ocean.

yeah, way too many to count. dragon quest 8 is a great one, still on sale at eb thru weeks end too
