To Reds fans isn't it funny that a feww years ago the Reds were bragging about the problem of having 4 great outfielders for years - Griffey, Dunn, Kearns, and Willy Mo Pena. Now 3 of them will be gone and what have we left a below .500 club

I am a Reds fan and don't want to see him go. They keep trading away such great players and no great ones in return so how can they get better this way.

I'm an Angels fan and I would definitely take Dunn in a trade. I think the Reds obviously need pitching and the Angels can definitely provide that in a trade. Dunn might not be the best fielder, but he is a stud at the plate and would give the Angels that much needed power stick to go along side Vlad.

The guy has been a monster over the past few seasons.
I know he strikes out a lot, but who cares? He gets on base at almost a .380 clip for his career, and he produces runs better than anyone on that team has for the past several seasons. And I've got no problem with him striking out 180 times a year - as someone who watched a lot of games at Cinergy, watching Dunn strike out was no worse than watching Sean Casey hit grounder after grounder to the second baseman.
Any team should, and would, be happy to get a guy like Dunn. Even with his shaky defensive play, he's still a very productive player.

They do not need to trade dunn. he has been with the reds and will help at times and hes not bad roaming around in left field. If you trade someone it should be josh hamilton he could definitley bring in the pitching that the reds need by being traded. And yes I am a reds fan.

Give me Dunn in an instant!!!!!!! The guy does strike out a lot, yes, but he also has 15 home runs and can even steal a base for you once in awhile. Many of the greatest power hitters in the game's history (Reggie Jackson & Babe Ruth, for example) were as well known for their strikeout totals as their power hitting abilities.
Dunn is a threat every time he comes to the plate, and that cannot be said for all hitters in MLB. If you don't want him, for heaven's sakes, let me have him!!!!!!!!

Dunn is an all or nothing hitter. The guy can save the day or crush you in a pinch hitting spot. I really wouldn't want him, and being an Indians fan, I don't think we would need him. If someone really needed that home run threat, I could see acquiring him, but other than that he has no value.

Dunn is a beast he has alot of value in the mlb.. he is the reggie miller of baseball he puts points on the board. If we ever traded dunn which i highly disagree with we should get another run producer like carlos beltran

I'm a big reds fan and he is hurting our team. He may be a big home run threat but he broke the strikeout record and can't field. Trade him and I expect to get bullpen help with the way our bullpen has pitched this year.

Baseball is about scoring runs. Dunn drives them in very well, scores them very well, and he'll even swipe a handful of bases to get in scoring position. I would definitely be able to look past the K rate and low average, and welcome him as a DH for "the" New York Yankees.
