If you were experiencing a miscarriage you would have warning signs, bleeding, pain, pressure are some signs. Your body is more resilient than you think. When my cousin was about 6 months along she was trying to pull her window down and it was stuck and it came down really hard on her belly. I'm not saying you can't have a miscarriage by being hit there but you would know if you were. Of course if you are really worried or you are experiencing any signs of a miscarriage see a doc or go to the hospital right away. Good luck!

The ovaries don't perform an important function while pregnant, so I suspect the answer is no. Additionally, the fetus is very well protected by water and your belly.
However, since the ovaries are right next to the uterus you might want to check with your doctor.

You need to be asking your doctor instead of asking on Yahoo answers. Call your doctor to find out for sure but the baby will most likely be okay so don't worry. I use to fall on the ground when I was pregnant with my 2nd baby and he was born without any problems.

If you mean "hit", see your physician. But, yes, a hit anywhere in the mid-section could cause a miscarriage and hemorraging.

Depends on how far along your pregnancy is, and depends on how hard you got hit. Are you bleeding any?

No one online can answer. Go talk to your OB/GYN and be absolutely honest about what happened.
