Rosters are 32 men per team (unless it's been increased yet again). Players named to the All-Star teams but then "injured" (nudge-nudge, wink-wink) and are replaced continue to be considered All-Stars for that season, so it can be a number greater than the official roster maximum.

There are actully only 32 players the highest of each postion voted by the players are the starters then the coaches select which pitchers they want up to 31 then there is a final vote the fans vote for the last player for each team.

9 main starters for each team, and 26 reserve on each team.
