1. Who cares.
2. Officially, no one. Persistent rumors name Harmon Killebrew or Pete Rose, though.
3. Who cares. (It's Jerry West, btw.)
4. MLB: 9-0 if the forfeit is in favor of the team losing at the time, or if the game is tied. If the forfeit is in favor of the team winning, that score stands. NFL: who cares.
5. Reggie Jackson.
6. There are six candidates -- Jimmy Collins, Elmer Flick, Jack Chesbro, Rube Waddell, Branch Rickey, and Addie Joss -- but all played in the long-long ago and their strikeout data is incomplete. It's highly unlikely any of them obtain the desired condition.
7. Insufficient data for a meaningful answer.
8. Within MLB, there is the Boston Red Sox and Chicago White Sox. Outside MLB, who cares. (Though I can think of the NBA's Utah Jazz, Miami Heat, and Orlando Magic. And since the baseball minor leagues are professional teams, there's likely way more than seven.)
9. Who cares.
10. See #7.
