If you mean "Paint.net" Google for it.

If you mean "M$-Paint" it's built into Windows. Can't find it, please re-post with specifics, then we can help.

Paint is the default image editing software that is installed
with Windows.

You can also find it by going to START > All Programs > Accessories > Paint.

if it's not installed, go to add remove programs and windows accessories, add a chewck mark to microsoft paint.

or are you referring paintshop pro?
