Microsoft Word 2003?

How do I add in the "CONFIDENTIAL" mark to a document. (You know the strip across the page that says confidential)

It's called a watermark. Select 'Format', 'Background', 'Printed Watermark', select 'Text' and then write what you want and how you want it to look.
