i swear i heard the same thing...
there's a song from the sixties that i can't remember the name of, but it's supposed to say, "when i think about the good love you gave me, i cried like a baby." i thought it said, "when i think about a good looking gay man, i cry like a baby" :)

There's a whiny country song called "Austin" and I understood that it had been "eight" years since she'd left. It turns out it was "A" year, which made a lot more sense.
Another one had the lyrics "I don't know about the accent, son, where do you come from?" and I thought it was "Don't know about that accident none, where do you come from?"
I have to find something other than country to listen to.

I'm going back in time, but when the song Rock Me Amadeus by Falco was on the radio, my friend thought when they were singing Amadeus Amadeus, that they were saying hot potatoes hot potatoes.
PUNKIE BREWSTER- if you read this, I am referring to someone from the Borro and that someone would be Boogie.

Mine was In The Air Tonight by Phil Collins. The part where he says "I saw what you did, I saw it with my own two eyes" - I thought (for years) he was saying something about ICE. Then one day in the car I just "got it". I was amazed it took so long to understand what he was really saying.
