Can you have EWCM (Egg White Cervial Mucous) other than ovulation time? Also, since I did have implantation bleeding for about 3 days with my first child, is it likely to happen again when I am pregnant next time?

Implantation bleeding only happens about 20% of the time, and getting it with one pregnancy is not an indiciator that you will get it with the next.

As far as the EWCM, that is supposed to only occur when you ovulate. However although I've read a lot about it, it's still confusing when it comes to charting mine, because my ovulation tests was positive last Friday, and yet I've not had any of the EWCM, so who knows.

implantation is a chance thing. Some women never get it, some get it every time, and some get it once and never again.
As for the EWCM, I'm not sure, but I think you only get it during ovulation, any other time is just discharge.
