When you have a formula (in this case, the volume of a cone), it's just a matter of plugging in the variables.
(1/3)π (r^2) h =
(1/3)π (20^2) 25 =
(1/3)π (20^2) 25 =
10,000π/3 cubic centimeters
That is the exact answer. Anything else is just an approximation. Though you could of course plug in an approximation for π and multiply it by 10,000/3 to get a decimal approximation, if you wanted to.

when the radius is to low the equity sets a balance of 2 degrees either side of the equilibrium 2 points make 1 devide the remainder and theres your answer. easey when you know how aint it.

Why do you need to ask this when you have all the answers?
pi = 3.14
r = 20
h = 25
Multiply them all together and you will have your answer!
(remember to square the radius!)
