What's the song 'disarm' by Smasking Pumpkins about?

In particular, what do the lyrics "a killer in me is a killer in you" mean?

The song in general has always been thought to be about abortion. It could also have the underline issue of teen pregnancy.."I used to be a little boy
So old in my shoes"..just an idea. If the song is for sure about abortion, it would seem it is coming from the male perspective, and in that case maybe the particular line "a killer in me is a killer in you" means if he expresses he doesn't want the child or asks/tells/agrees a termination, they are subsequently both killers. Again, just an idea being put out there :)

For real, you will only get everybody's opinion of what that means. Only Smashing Pumpkins can tell you what it really means. The lyrics in that song seemed like it came from a personal level.
