Last year I switched to Cingular from Verizon Wireless because, at that time, Verizon was horrible. Dropped calls and everything. Once my 2yrs were up I literally ran to Cingular. Their service was awesome up until a month or two ago when I noticed the same things were happening to my phone as it did with V.W. Not only was I getting dropped calls but I wasn't getting service everywhere and at other times my phone said "No Network". And I also began to notice unknown charges on my account when my bill came in. I'm pretty basic with the exception of text messages but I was being charged for internet use and all kinds of stuff. I began to notice the "new at&t" logo on the commercials and even on my monthly bill. My thing is, how come they switched to AT&T (again) without letting their customers know? Cause frankly the service sucks worse than Verizon. And Verizon is now the top dog in wireless providers. Go fig?! How do you ("new AT&T" users) feel about this unexpected change?

Sidenote: I switched late last year so I would have missed the "notice" provided in the bills. And, if history serves me right, AT&T has always been of poor service until they became Cingular....

Well, if you had been observant, Cingular has been posting on all of their advertisments as the new AT&T. Also, about 7 months ago, there was a notice put into everyones bill stating that Cingular had aquired AT&T and that the change over would take place in June of 07. Because of the change, all of the tower frequencies have to be changed, hince the poor service until all of them are changed over. Hince the billing problems, since they are changeing over 60 million customers to AT&T billing. All of this is going to take a couple of months to get the kinks worked out, so, be patient.

Come to T-Mobile; we have free Roaming and Long Distance, we're worldwide (GSM) just like Cingular/At&T....we're the highest ranking Cellular Carrier Company by customer service standards...ranked numbre 23 to be exact and while others can stake claim to larger networks, ours is just as large in comparison due to our free roaming and long distance agreements. We have cutting edge products like he only Motorola slider, the Pearl, the Wing, the Blackberry 8100, Sidekick and camera and Bluetooth phones starting at $19.99-$29.99 with 2yr service agreements. We also have 5 Free numbers per line on your account that you can manage from the phone itself if you go with a MyFaves rate plan.

I used to work at Alltel and the Circle 10 Free numbers was restricted to higher priced rate plans and you only get 10 numbers even if you have 5 users on your account, leaving you all having to share those 10 numbers. We give you 5 Free numbers per line and our data plans are rediculously low! You can get family unlimited text for only $19.99 which covers the entire family's text messages unlimited. Our Blackberry add-on data rate is only $19.99 and the Sidekick is only $29.99 which includes unlimited Text Messaging!! Drop in and see us!!

We even have a current special going company-wide for a 1000 minute plan with unlimited nights and weekends for only $39.99/month!! And we have Free phones to go with it if you go with a 2Yr activation!!!!!
