It may be a sebaceous cyst, which is simply a distended sebaceous gland due to blockade of its duct. Doctor may advise its removal under local anaesthesia. It takes about 10 minutes. Don't worry, good luck!
PS- u said it is not attached to the balls.

Sounds like it may be a cyst but please get this checked out, if any unusual lumps appear everyone should get them checked to be on the safe side.

If your worried that it could be cancer, the sooner you get it checked, the sooner they can treat it and this means a better outcome for you. Testicular cancer has good cure rates when caught early,,, good luck.

With any kind of lump, you need to get it checked rather than leave it... It's probably a cyst or something but dont wait, go to your doctors as soon as possible and get it checked out....

If it was never there before, I'd get it looked at. It could very well be an cyst. They are very common in that area....A sebasious cyst for instance, for it's for the best that you have your doctor look, rather than you be wrong and diagnose it yourself. Good Luck!

Go and see the doctor, any lump on any part of the body is cause for concern. See the doctor tommorrow & put your mind at ease.

It needs checking. Most likely its just a sebaceous or epidymal cyst, but my mystical powers are under par right now, so I'm unable to give a more definitive diagnosis... However, your grossly overpaid GP is sat waiting to see you as we talk....

Take a trip down to the docs - he will tell you in minutes. Don't be embarrassed - it's just another part of the body to a doctor. You will be fine. x

I suggest you go to your GP. In all honesty it's the only way to find out for sure.
