Well ill be the GM of my team the Orlando Magic for now. First i really like the hire of Van Gundy, he will help us get further into the playoffs. My team needs more help rebounding and more offensive tools so i would pursue Rashard Lewis to replace Grant Hill and find a true point gueard and trade away Arroyo. We need more playmakers on this team and more players to compliment the big man, the beast, Dwight Howard. We have all the guards we need in Redick, Dooling and Bogans but we need a guard that can come through in the clutch and we have all the money we need for this offseason so look for the magic to sign at least one big name

I am a bulls fan so with the fact that we need a PF who can score and play with his back to the basket to open up our guards to hit jumpers ,3"s ,drive to the hoop. I would trade the 9th pick, nocioni, and ben gordan to the suns for shawn marion and jalen rose. Jalen rose would be a good bench player and shawn marion would work well with what we do. Second i would get rid of Allen, Sweetney ,Brown ,and Barrett. These guys are not good players or sit them on the bench and never use them.

Washington needs:
1) someone who can put their butt 8 feet from the goal and score with consistency and make free throws.
2) another wide body to do the dirty work underneath the basket rebounding and setting screens.
3) a free throw coach.
After obtaining those three things then they would need to coddle Gilbert into believing that they would be a better team if he averaged 22-24 points a night.

My favorite team is the Spurs, so nothing, but to get some fresh talent lined up when Horry retires, Finley retires, and the other vets are through.
But then that wouldn't be a problem because superstars without rings would be lining up to join my team as reserves.

My team would be the Chicago Bulls. We need one more big man and maybe a scorer. I would trade P. J. Brown and Andres Nocioni for Zach Randolph.
Starting Line-up:
PG-Kirk Hinrich
SG-Ben Gordon
SF-Luol Deng
PF-Zach Randolph
C-Ben Wallace

Personally, I like Miami. I would surround D-Wade w/ one other scorer like Kidd. The rest of the team would be the same..play Posey more and you've got a winner.
