You did not not say what country it was from. It is not a U.S mint product. I did remember Liberia put out a lot of coins on WW II and I found a $10 George Patton coin but no $5 one. It was made as a silver proof and sells for around $20-$25.It is KM# 147. For a more detailed answer I need to know what it says on both sides of the coin, otherwise it would take too long to look it up.
