The first offense was weaving across lanes in her car and failing a sobriety test.
The second was driving on a suspended license. She blamed that on her agent saying she was allowed.
The third was driving on the suspended license again.
You would think with her money and connections, she could have found a chauffer and saved herself the grief.

The original crime was reckless driving/DUI and subsequent violation of parole agreements.
But, the real reason she was ordered to go to jail was acting as if the law should not apply to her in court. The judge believed she should learn the law applies to everyone including her.

Abusing her driving priviledges. Speeding, DUI, driving without headlights, driving while license suspended and probation violation all add up to jail time.
