Whats the best way to clean a mouse ball?

Take it out...just turn the little circular device surrounding the ball counter-clockwise (lefty loosy), and take the ball out. You can clean it with pretty much anything. More importantly, get a cue-tip, dip it in isopropyl alcohol, and clean the rollers inside the ball cavity. Those really get gunked up.

Use a soft tissue and suitable cleaning fluid (window cleaner) to clean the ball and the three rollers within the casing. If the mouse has not been cleaned before, there will be a lot of dust in the mouse, and some will more then likely be wrapped around the rollers. Make sure to remove all traces of dust and debris as just the smallest piece can cause your mouse to behave erratically.

tjhe best way to clean a ball mouse is to un lath and take out the ball drop the ball in a cup of alcahol grap a safty pin, tweaers and qtip
with the pin scrape the gunk off the wheels inside the mouse and use the tweasers to remove scraped gunk when all gunk is gone use qtip wet with alchol and wipe weels,, remove ball let dry insert lock into ball well on the mouse and your home free
the easyest way to fisx it ir go buy an optical mouse and forget cleaning the ball mouse

Do what ELfageek suggested. Throw it in the trash and buy an optical mouse. If your a gamer make sure you get an optical mouse that has a cord. No wireless. Check out the Deathadder.

Turn the little circular flat device surrounding the ball at the bottom of the mouse and then clean it an cleaning agent or dip it in alcohol and place it back and lock the flap back in its place..

Open mous ball cover, clean him inside, and ball put in alcohol, tahn in water. Whan you dry him, put him again in.
