Saturday night around 11 pm, me and my family were outside swimming when I noticed one of the stars. Began to move, very slowly. It couldnt have been just a plane for it was too high up. And it flashed red, blue, and green lights as it glided away. Can someone explain this? and btw I swear on my MOTHERS LIFE I saw this.

It wasnt actually FLASHING. More like the lights would light up 1 by one around and it was round.

Lets say it WAS just a high altitude plane. It would go ALOT faster. This "thing" I saw went kinda slowish.

Sounds like a plane to me. However, if you know how many satellites are launched into space, you would first try to scratch out the UFO possibility. If you lay down on your back for an hour at night in a place where there are no surrounding lights, you can count about 20-30 of them (minimum). They all look like little stars moving through space and sometimes they even change colors as they move around the earth.

While an alien craft sighting is IMPOSSIBLE, the earth satellites are quite an average thing to see.

If it was flashing, it was almost certainly a plane. You really can't tell how high it was, since there's nothing in the sky to compare it to - it may have been much closer than you thought and smaller.

Absolutely it was a UFO. You saw something flying, and you couldn't identify it. That's an Unidentified Flying Object if ever there was ☺

It IS possiable to have seen a UFO(it was unidentified) and I beleive you. Most planes don't have BLUE lights, it could have been alien.

Do you live in PA?

How cool.

I'm sure you either saw a satelite or a UFO (Unidentified Flying Object - no necessarily an alien craft).

Very high altitude plane. UFO's don't conform to FAA color standards

You obviously have a secret underground airforce base near your home.
