Really just depends on the woman.
An insecure woman would probably take it as a compliment.
A woman who has a steady boyfriend, probably wouldn't appreciate you eye-humping the heck out of her.
Bottom line though:
Staring at a girl's bottom is never polite, and shouldn't be done.

Some women do but its very disrespectful and it makes it seem as if you're only attracted to her butt and physical assets and nothing else. I hate that its so disgusting and RUDE!
