Most fast food restaurants already have started incorporating healthy alternatives to their regular menu items. Mcdonalds and Wendys now offer salad items, yogurt, and fruit plates. However, if you opt for salad items, they are normally still pretty high in calories and fat due to the dressings they provide and the toppings such as cheese, fried chicken and such. If you are looking for healthy alternatives to restaurants in your area, I would visit the website of these places and look at there nutrition facts. That would help you determine what is healthiest to eat. But in general, I would just skip fast food all together besides the occasional visit.

Grilled Chicken with the veggies no bread.
Salads w/ no dressing
Subway but only on a whole wheat bread and no dressing or have them leave off the bread

Didn't think there wa any..but salads without the dressings are the best..its the dressings that are full of fat...you can visit there sites and see the nutritional value listed there.

i might want to might want to assert the Wendy's menu. that's extra healthful than the different ones, and resources many possibilities. *provided that they bought breakfast* bitter Cream Baked Potatoes: scrumptious. $0.ninety 9 hen Nuggets: Very crispy, clean, and basically the way i like them Crispy hen Sandwich: Juicy and succulent, like the nuggets. also, no longer too many onions & pickles. basically lettuce and hen! William Maxwell Aitken Cheeseburger: i like the strips of William Maxwell Aitken.
