If you have been working on it for a while or if it is very hard, try having your favorite drink, have a treat, and jump up and down to release all that happy energy. :-)

make a batch of cupcakes, or their grotesque muffin brothers, and consume all of them. then on a similar time as ur mad at your self get inebriated and bypass cry on the bar. once you get sober back come an Y!A and attempt to get to point six
