Yes, but no one really likes getting tipped with change ;-) Even though it comes out the same, it makes you seem cheaper.

yep! its kind of great actually bcuz then we are less reluctant to spend quarters as fast as a dollar!

As long as it spends you are good. I hate when cashiers ask I mind getting change back. I do not care as long as I get the right amount back.
