Anyone having a party? What 4th of July Party Ideas to you have?

The greatest 4th of July party idea I have is to take all the bbq fixins to the lake and ride jet skis all day. Then go to the 4th concert, Brooks and Dunne. Then watch the fireworks!

I always liked to help the Boy Scouts with their sunrise flag ceremony and then their annual Cowboy breakfast of pancakes, ham and eggs and juice! We then had a bbq at lunch and played all day at the lake until dark when the fireworks were set off to country music over the lake! It was always so wonderful to see the fireworks in the sky and the reflection in the water too! We set off our little bottle rockets and the firecrackers.

Then we held hands by the starlight and kissed and... more!

Happy Fourth of July and God Bless you! I gave you a star!

we will be having a BBQ over at my parents house and watching the fireworks go off. We have done this for years now and my daughter loves it. On your party them ideas you defiantly have the flag outside and decorate w/the colors red, white and blue. Not sure I have never gone to a party it's always a BBQ on that day for some reason.
Have a great and safe fourth of July

Actually, we don't really celebrate. My husband's a veteran and it's one of "his" days to think and remember. So we just cook a nice meal at home, walk outside and watch the fireworks and have a beer with the neighbor, and we walk back in and he gets teary and talks about the Grenada War. He gets very nostalgic on July 4.

I like to sit around the pool with a few friends and some beer. Go do fireworks with the kids in the evening and at night, its back to the pool with more beer. We keep a good buzz all day, with out reaching drunk or obnoxious. Its nice.

Most likely go to a fireworks display in the next town over and maybe shoot off some at my house.
