"0x660009ccc" is incorrect. It may be "0x660009cc", but it could be any other combination.
"0x" means it's in Hexadecimal format and the next EIGHT characters are the actual memory address location.
Correct it, then Google for: Error code "insert code here"
All will be revealed.

That is a hexadecimal number that is a location to an address in your memory. Not generally useful information.
What would be more helpful is:
1) What program were you running?
2) What were you doing before the error occured?
3) What kind of computer do you have? Mac? PC?
4) What operating system were you running? XP? 2000?

Go to http://www.microsoft.com and search Error 0x660009ccc in the search engine on the upper right-hand corner. Sounds like an Outlook or Oulook Express error to me.
Cheers
P.S. If you are running XP, try doing a System Restore to a date before this started happening:
Start-->All Programs-->Accessories-->System Tools-->System Restore
