You need to go to a Doctors/hospital now and have them confirm and explain the situation to you. Someone will need to examine you and most likely put your mind at rest.
How do you know there is no heart beat, if it is because you are using equipment purchased from a store where you put a monitor on your stomach and headphones on then do not panic. These tests are intended for fun, they are not accurate. I bought one for my Niece and she never once heard her babies heartbeat. She has since had a beautiful healthy son.

Please go to the Doctors/hospital or phone a Pregnancy Advice Line, the number will be in the phone book. They will give you confidential advice, don't worry about how old you are or your circumstances, they will offer professional advice.

How far a long are you? You can't hear a baby a heartbeat until around 8 wees. If the doctor can't hear a heartbeat after checking several times with the doppler they will problem send you to get an ultrasound done to make sure everything is still alright, but no if there is no heartbeat and there was before the baby didn't survive. Depending on how far along you were with it happened you had a miscarriage or a stillbirth.

YES.... unfortanetly if you have been told by the doc theres no heartbeat then you are miscarrying. When i was 9 weeks pregnant i had an ultra sound and they told me the baby didnt have a heartbeat, that i was going to miscarry it. So yes its possible.. i just went through this 2 weeks ago. But your body will normally miscarry it on its own.

Let me also add I never got to hear the heart beat it was too early .. i knew my baby didnt have a heartbeat by a vaginal ultra sound (i had to have that kind due to a retroverted uterus) first 3 u/s's you could see a heart beat 4th one (2 weeks ago) no heartbeat.

It sounds to me that you are going threw something like I did. My 1st pregnancy I didn't know my baby was dead until I went in for my monthly doc appointment, and he couldn't find a heartbeat. My doc then did a vaginal ultrasound and confirmed that my baby was dead. I guess I had been carrying it for 3 weeks after it had died. There was no real concern on having to get a D&C so I chose to carry until I naturally miscarried... I miscarried 5 weeks after my baby had died. You should have your doc confirm with an ultrasound. Best of luck!

It depends on how far along you are..some babies you dont hear a heartbeat til 12 weeks...some earlier...some later...call your doctor if you are super concerned...but if you have been...according to your other questions...and the doctor didnt hear one...but is not concerned...than you should be fine...the doctor would have told you if something happened. But call and talk to a nurse if you are still concerned.

No, baby has died, but the placenta continues to work. You will miscarry within a few weeks. Also, it's your belly, not your stomach. Your stomach is up in your rib cage. Sorry this happened to you.

If the baby has no heartbeat...then it is not alive. If this is happening...get to your doctor immediately! This could pose health risks for your baby or for you!!!

yes. In the early stages usually the body will reabsorb it in later stages it will remain there and you would have to have a D & C to clean out the remains.
