I like to keep up with high school baseball as well. There is a good web page I go to from time-to-time. Take a look at the attached to see if that is what you are looking for. By the way, Seton Hall Prep in West Orange, NJ is ranked as the top high school baseball team in the country, but they are the only NJ team ranked in the top 50.

I am sure your area has good baseball players, but I would consider these three states as hotbeds. California had 260 players drafted in last weeks MLB draft, Florida 169, and Texas 145. These are areas where baseball can be played year round. This is also evident to the College World Series where all 8 teams are either considered West Coast, South or Southwest. Louisville is the only one who is kind of out of the norm, playing in the Big East but still somewhat Southern.

Georgia usually has a ton of baseball talent. Especially around the East Cobb suburb of Atlanta. See the LLWS results from two or three years ago and the team from East Cobb won it all.

Your right with texas and cali. being up there, I play college ball in texas for UTA. It's all about selling yourself man, putting your name out, and working your *** off, if you want to get somewhere.
